About Us
i-Bot Technology was established in 2006 , a professional company with advanced expertise and technologies. We focus on full refurbishment and repair of existing robotic systems, pre-aligners and controllers as used in the semiconductor industries. Our main focus for such robotic systems include GenMark ; Yaskawa and PRI(Equipe) .
Since 2010, we also provided Semiconductor Automation Equipment systems designed, and manufactured as fully Auto Rs/Leakage measurement system ; fully auto metal film measurement system(4 point prober) ; fully auto CD/Edge/Overlay measurement system; wafer sorter ; EFEM ; fully auto AOI inspection/measurement system ; fully auto 2D/3D measurement system ; Thin wafer handler / packing systems ; Plasma Descum tool and other customized semiconductor equipment .
Our goal is to continuously grow, providing the most cost effective and highest quality service to all of our customers.

*Agent CyberOptics 3D / 2D measurement equipment

*Developed the first generation of Automatic Microscope measuring system.
2018
*The Probe Measurement(RS & Leakage) has been certified by international manufacturers to become a designated Bumping machine
*Developed the Metal Film Thickness Measurement(4PP)
2016
*Developed the *Probe Measurement(RS & Leakage) for Bumping application.
*Moved office to Zhubei for business expansion
*Obtained TSMC certification as a qualified equipment and maintenance supplier
2015
*Become the exclusive agent for Yaskawa all series Robot/Pre-aligner in Taiwan.
2010
*Become the exclusive agent of Trymax Netherlands in Taiwan & China & South Korea.
*Become a maintenance and strategy manufacturer of Rudolph Taiwan for Genmark / LPE robot.
2009
*Agent the NBS French Auto packing unpacking equipment in Taiwan & China sole agency.
*Set up Auto equipment manufacturing department to provide customized automation equipment for semiconductor factory
*Agent the Milara USA robot in Taiwan
*Become the maintenance and strategy manufacturer of Applied material for Genmark / PRI robot.
